Connect to self: My hero is Robert Irivine, because he is an AMAZING chef and restauraunt manager. He also has many restauraunts all over America and critiques other restaurants on his show Restauraunt Impossible. I hope to be like him some day. (Just maybe a little bit nicer) ;)

All of the leaders of the North and South were Mexican war veterans and graduated from West point.
In my opinion I think the South had a more stable leadership, only because they officially decided on the men to lead certain parts, in the north, where they kept firing people until they found the right general.
Good leadership is very important when it comes to conflict, without it, there is a likely chance of losing. In order to have a good follower you have to have a good leader, and with a good leader a chance of winning is avaliable.
